Yesterday...
THE STORY BEGINS AT THE END OF THE 1940s...
…in the heart of Rome, in front of the Colosseum, a small coffee roastery was born which over time established itself by distributing its blends in the best bars in Rome and slowly throughout the world.

...Today.
AFTER 75 YEARS, WE HAVE REACHED THE FOURTH GENERATION
we preserve the secret of a great coffee, keeping tradition unchanged.

The Tradition of Coffee
Caffè Viceré continues to be faithful to tradition by serving our blends with unique and unmistakable aromas with care and professionalism to our customers: bars, restaurants, hotels, in Italy and around the world.

The roasting…
Once they arrive at the roastery, the coffee beans are subjected to a careful selection before moving on to the actual manufacturing process. The coffee is roasted with a very modern system that brings the bean to a temperature of 190/200 C°, then air-cooled in a natural way.

Mixing the coffee…
We import green coffee from the most distant countries: Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Salvador, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, India, Indonesia, and others, always seeking the best qualities.

The packaging.
Last step but not the least important. We scrupulously check every phase of packaging, for an impeccable product.
