La vostra qualità arabica non risponde a pieno alle mie aspettative. Mi aspettavo un gusto un po’ meno amarostico.
La nostra miscela non è un 100% Arabica ma in questa miscela c'è un 20% di Robusta per dare corpo al caffè, facendolo risultare più cioccolatoso perchè questo è il gusto che la maggioranza predilige.
